GUS (Gave Up Smoking) is a community support series for Kossacks in the midst of quitting smoking. Any supportive comments, suggestions or positive distractions are appreciated. Namaste~!  I hope everything looks bright and peaceful on your Saturday morning.  I hope you join me in some breathing and stretching.
Let's begin with taking 5 slow and deep breaths.  Put your hand on your tummy, sit up straight and feel your tummy move in and out with each breath.  Close your eyes and park your troubles by the door for a few minutes.  

Right now is about you.  Let go and relax with me.  Please don't focus on getting anything exact, dont worry about straight legs or arms.  If you just do what you can, you will feel so good when youre done...please try.
